Reorders: when the old die still fits
The old knife still fits only if the family, the millimetres, the board, the window, and the magnet are unchanged. New art on that die is a different question from a new die.
Read articleOne structure, several artworks — split the quantities
Same grey-board box, three prints: that is usually one knife path and three plate sets. Write a quantity next to each design. Do not add them into a single price ask.

The dieline is the knife. The print file is the ink. Send an editable AI or PDF with fonts outlined, spots named, and foil on its own layer — not a flattened JPEG.
Read articleA hex code is not a print contract
HEX and RGB are for looking at a file on a screen. CMYK covers most gift-box colour. A strict brand match needs a Pantone or a physical swatch, named on the RFQ.

A dieline, a sample, or a dimensioned sketch. Taishan cuts steel-rule dies in-house after CTP and Heidelberg print — we still need a drawing.

A structure sample is not a container. Heidelberg print, die-cut, wrap, and pack sit on different clocks once the dieline is locked.

No. Folding Cartons & Card Boxes photos are structure references. Wenzhou Taishan Printing quotes inner size, board, print/finish, and insert — not a warehouse SKU off a catalog photo.
What should an RFQ for Folding Cartons & Card Boxes include?+
Inner L×W×H (and whether that size is inner or outer), structure, core/board, print/finish map, insert, quantity band, and ship-to market. Email [email protected]. WhatsApp +86 138 6598 7984.
