Litho-lam versus direct print on corrugated gift and mailer boxes
Handled gift packs, fruit mailers, and retail mailers in the catalog can be offset or litho-lam. The RFQ must pick a print path.
Two factories in one sentence
Litho-lam prints a sheet on Heidelberg, then mounts to flute. Direct print hits the board. Colour gamut and set-off risk differ. Say which you audited last year.
Handles and fruit
Handled gift packs and fruit mailers need flute and burst notes, not just a pretty top sheet. Write the produce or bottle weight.
Not a rigid gift box
Corrugated is converting line eight in the catalog. Do not paste a grey-board wrap spec onto B-flute.
Catalog ranges only. Confirm on sample, board lot, and destination spec. Certificate numbers are not invented here — request current scans on the RFQ.
